|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.|
If you want to try out software before buying it you can download a trial version from our download page.
|Delivery Schedule Reports and license files will be dispatched by email once a purchase has been made.|
Programs can be downloaded and used for a trial period. If you choose to purchase the software license files will be dispatched by email.
We aim to dispatch keys within 24 hours of purchase.

Any agreements that are entered into with Mole End Ltd will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and shall not be governed by the provisions of the United Nation Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Mole End Support Terms
If you have an issue or problem with the software you should use the following:
1. Look in our knowledge base (using the support link at the top of the page) as your question may have been asked before.
2. If the issue is not found in the knowledgebase you can either create a support ticket or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will then be responded to by one of our support staff as soon as possible. We do not have guaranteed response times for support issues, however, our normal office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and endeavour to respond to all new support issues within 24 hours. At busy times this can be longer.
Note: Mole End does not offer general phone support. Our support system and email allows us to serve you better than phone support would because we can respond to your questions quickly while ensuring that our answers are reliable and consistent. We keep track of the questions that you ask.

Payments by cards are not handled by us, you will be directed to either PayPal or WorldPay. We can never see or have access to your card details.

Payments by credit/debit cards are handled by WorldPay (not us). We enter the details provided by you into the WorldPay Terminal and are not held for longer than confirming payment. After this we can never see or have access to your card details.
All orders are processed on secure (SSL) encrypted websites. All software is digitally signed and authenticated (which verifies the integrity of us and that the software hasnt been tampered with since it was signed). Order information is stored on password protected computers, with the latest anti-virus, behind multiple firewalls. The computers are only used by our trained staff. NOTE: No payment details are ever stored.

|Returns Policy If you are not happy with your purchase from Mole End we will do our best to help. If our software does not do what we said it would do, tell us. If we can not resolve your problem you can return the software and we will refund the purchase price providing that you notify us of the problem within 30 days of the original order.|
